Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Our organization seeks an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive production efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Strategic Planning & Operation Management:
  • Lead manufacturing and packaging operations ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Implement processes for continuous improvement and productivity optimization.
  • Develop systems to track performance metrics and targets.
  • Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) are followed.
  • Responsible for validation of equipment and cleaning processes.
  • Develop and maintain a quality management system compliant with regulatory agencies such as US-FDA, MHRA, Anvisa.
  • Leadership & Development:
  • Lead a team responsible for ensuring production personnel are trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Establish and implement a training program for employees on new equipment and processes.
  • Maintenance & Quality Control:
  • Coordinate maintenance activities for facilities, equipment, and instruments.
  • Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and materials.
  • Product Life Cycle Management:
  • Oversee the establishment of hold times for in-process products and cleaned/un-cleaned equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to storage conditions and environmental monitoring records are maintained.

**Key Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and increasing production efficiency.
