Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

Location: Pondicherry and Madikeri (Coorg)

Years of Experience: 6–8 years in hotel finance operations

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with a passion for hospitality to lead and elevate our Finance Department in Pondicherry and Madikeri.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee Accounts, Credit, and Finance Operations: Ensure efficient management of financial transactions and credit services.
  2. Ensure Compliance: Guarantee timely statutory and legal compliance.
  3. Manage Budgets: Allocate funds and monitor costs effectively.
  4. Cash Flow Management: Generate and analyze cash flow reports, MIS, P&L, and balance sheet reports.
  5. Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  6. Staff Training and Evaluation: Develop and assess the skills of finance staff.
  7. Departmental Meetings: Conduct meetings and implement standard operating procedures.
  8. Annual Budgeting: Prepare annual budgets and oversee contractor services.
  9. Performance Improvement: Drive performance efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Hotel/Resort Finance Experience: At least 6–8 years of experience in hotel or resort finance.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and analytical abilities.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance.
  • Communication and Team Management: Excellent communication and team management skills.
