About Us

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Manager - Home Painting Services to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the Sales & operations of our iMAGN Home Painting Services for specific regions, including the development and implementation of SOPs, driving business growth, and ensuring smooth and efficient execution of Painting Projects for individual Home Buyers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Driving Painting Service Business and operations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing SOPs for service-based businesses.
  • Strong business acumen with experience driving sales, revenue, and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power point
