We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic professional to drive strategic and operational hiring initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leadership hiring, niche talent acquisition, and building strong pipelines aligned with evolving business needs.
- End-to-End Talent Acquisition : Lead the full-cycle recruitment across functions, with strong expertise in technology and manufacturing hiring.
- Leadership & Niche Hiring : Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, and closing leadership/niche roles.
- Business Alignment : Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, succession planning, and future skill needs.
- Talent Pipeline Development : Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline for senior and critical roles.
- Innovative Sourcing Strategies : Leverage advanced sourcing methods, including social platforms, professional communities, referrals, industry events, and AI-driven recruitment solutions.
- Candidate & Stakeholder Experience : Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate journey. Partner with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.
- Interview & Screening Ownership : Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews, including cultural and competency assessments.
- Mentorship & Performance Management : Guide and mentor junior recruiters, build a high-performing TA team, and drive adoption of recruitment best practices.
- Data-Driven Hiring : Track recruitment metrics and integrate insights into decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in startup or fast-paced environments.
- Domain Exposure: Strong track record in technology, AI-driven roles, and manufacturing domains.
- Senior/Niche Hiring: Successful track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions.
- Business Understanding: Strong business acumen with the ability to map talent strategy to organizational goals.
- People Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement abilities.
- Problem-Solving Orientation: Innovative, energetic, and able to balance strategic focus with hands-on execution.
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with AI-recruitment tools, sourcing analytics, and digital hiring strategies.
- Leadership: Ability to mentor and inspire others within the TA function.
