Academic Recruitment Lead

We are seeking a driven professional to lead strategic recruitment initiatives across domestic and international markets, focusing on the engagement of academic professionals in education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for educators
  • Conduct manpower analysis and create resource allocation strategies
  • Manage training documentation and onboarding processes for new hires
  • Support faculty deployment and contracting arrangements
  • Design and implement regular engagement activities for educators, fostering a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure recruitment efforts align with business objectives and growth strategy

Requirements:

  • MBA/MA in Human Resources (preference given to Tier-I programs)
  • ~5 years' experience in recruitment or employee engagement, preferably in the education sector
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Naukri or Zoho
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ambitious mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
