As a seasoned recruitment professional, we seek an accomplished Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our end-to-end recruitment strategy within the warehousing and logistics sector.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in sourcing, assessing, and hiring quality talent while ensuring a robust pipeline for business-critical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend manpower requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
  • Develop expertise in warehouse and campus hiring
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on organizational fit
  • Drive recruitment efforts for volume hiring and niche roles in warehousing/logistics functions
  • Monitor and maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS, and ensure adherence to TAT
  • Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 4–6 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition (mandatory in Warehousing/Logistics industry)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent mapping, ATS
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
