Job Description

As a senior visual strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall visual identity of our brand.

This includes creating visually appealing assets for digital and print platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions, mentoring junior designers, maintaining brand consistency, and staying informed about global design trends.

Our ideal candidate possesses a refined eye for design and can create work that is simple, crisp, minimalistic, and classy, speaking to a global audience while staying true to our sophisticated and understated brand values.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing high-end visual content for digital and print platforms
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop creative solutions
  • Mentoring junior designers to develop their skills and expertise
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in minimalistic, elegant, and high-end design.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, excellent understanding of typography and color theory, and ability to develop designs that are understated yet effective in communicating the brand's message are essential requirements.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with UX/UI design
  • Awareness of how design influences brand perception
  • Commitment to sustainable and responsible design practices
