Our goal is to provide students with the necessary skills and experience to achieve their career aspirations. To this end, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Career Strategist who can lead our team of career advisors. These professionals work closely with students to provide expert guidance on career readiness and ensure that they have the tools and knowledge needed to secure internships and jobs through our placement guarantee courses.

This Senior Career Strategist will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance student profiles, soft skills, and interview techniques. They will also source opportunities for students based on their skills and specialization, and analyze placement outcomes to continually improve our training methods and support services.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent planning and strategy skills, as well as outstanding communication, presentation, and networking abilities. You should also be energetic, empathetic, and have a go-getter attitude.

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Ed-tech or career-tech companies is required, preferably with a proven track record of building corporate tie-ups for placements. This is a full-time position that involves working from our office in Gurugram.
