This senior role involves developing and executing outreach strategies, managing admissions processes, and building strong relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities include leading outreach initiatives across key regions, establishing partnerships with local agents, admission counsellors, and recruitment agencies, and ensuring sustained student enrolments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead outreach initiatives across key regions
- Build strong networks with school recruitment agencies, admission agents, principals, and counsellors
- Establish long-term partnerships for sustained student enrolments
- Drive high-volume student enrolments using established contacts
- Onboard and manage local agents, consultancies, and school partners
- Ensure retention and engagement of partners through consistent follow-ups
- Represent our organization at education events, seminars, and regional meetings
- Serve as the face of our organization in the assigned states, ensuring credibility and visibility
- 7-12 years of experience in education outreach, admissions, or B2B school/student recruitment
- A well-established network with local agents, school admission counsellors, and recruitment agencies in key regions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated success in achieving student enrolment and partnership targets
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing fieldwork effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools, data tracking, and reporting systems
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field
- Strong project management and organisational skills
