International Admission Manager

We are seeking a seasoned International Admission Manager to lead our study abroad admissions team.

This senior-level position requires a minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in international recruitment and student counseling.

The successful candidate will manage the admission process for Indian students seeking study opportunities abroad, working closely with universities and educational institutions across various countries.

  • Team Management: Lead a team of coaches/country counselors, ensuring that monthly/yearly targets are achieved.
  • Visa Compliance: Ensure compliance with visa requirements and assist students with their visa applications.
  • Application Review: Coordinate with the admissions team to review and evaluate student applications.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions.
  • Policy and Market Awareness: Stay updated on changes in education policies, immigration regulations, and market trends.
  • Student Support: Address any issues or concerns raised by students and provide prompt resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in international recruitment and student counseling.
  • In-depth knowledge of study abroad destinations.
  • Familiarity with visa requirements and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
