Job Opportunity: Client Solutions Expert

The role of the Client Solutions Partner is a key position within our organization, responsible for fostering strong, long-term relationships with telecom clients. As a trusted advisor, you will help these clients navigate the transformative potential of AI and GenAI technologies to solve complex challenges and drive business innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with senior decision-makers in telecom organizations, providing expert guidance on AI and GenAI solutions.
  2. Design and deliver tailored AI/GenAI-driven solutions that address client pain points, leveraging deep knowledge in the telecom industry and emerging technology trends.
  3. Lead consultative sales engagements, guiding clients through the AI journey from initial discovery to solution design and deployment.
  4. Oversee the full lifecycle of AI/GenAI solutions, ensuring successful implementation that aligns with client objectives and delivers tangible ROI.
  5. Stay at the forefront of AI, machine learning, and generative AI advancements, applying this expertise to drive business growth and innovation.
  6. Collaborate across teams to develop and implement AI/GenAI solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  7. Advocate for client interests within the organization and provide ongoing education and support to ensure seamless project execution.
  8. Measure and report the success and impact of AI/GenAI solutions, using data-driven insights to inform future strategy and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record in a client-facing role within the telecom industry, with a focus on AI and GenAI solutions.
  • Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies, with a strong understanding of their applications in the telecom sector.
  • Experience selling AI-driven solutions, preferably in telecom or technology industries.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate client needs into actionable AI/GenAI solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and collaborative mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
