Talent Acquisition Expert

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to drive our IT infra recruitment strategy. This individual will play a key role in building high-performing teams for large-scale IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for IT infra roles
  • Utilize job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and creative sourcing tactics to identify and engage top talent
  • BUILD robust pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the IT services landscape
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver on aggressive timelines
  • Evaluate candidates for skills, cultural fit, and career alignment
  • Analyze and improve sourcing performance using data insights

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in IT infra hiring
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Mastery of Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience in IT services or tech recruitment is a plus
