Senior Identity Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Identity Management Specialist. This individual will be responsible for providing high-level support and expertise in IAM and Sailpoint technologies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, architecting, and optimizing OAM + Sailpoint platforms, as well as managing capacity and upgrades. They will also lead major incidents, mentor junior team members, and develop strong documentation and communication skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for IAM + Sailpoint in a high-availability environment.
- Ensure adherence to PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements.
- Design and implement optimized OAM + Sailpoint platforms, managing capacity and upgrades.
- Lead major incidents, mentoring junior team members, and developing post-incident reports.
- Develop and implement automation scripts/Infra-as-Code.
- Participate in DR/BCP drills and performance baselining.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
