Senior Technical Analyst

We seek an experienced Senior Technical Analyst to develop Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.

  • Responsible for onboarding applications, interacting with application owners, and explaining the integration process.
  • Coordinate, test, and validate custom development required by app teams to perform integrations.
  • Work with internal engineers to get integrations built as per governance best practices and application requirements.
  • Maintain and report accurate statuses for all onboarded applications.
  • Coordinate and assist app teams in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Qualifications
  • 7-9 years' experience in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst.
  • Experience in developing custom workflows for Life Cycle Management (LCM)/Just-in-Time (JIT) Provisioning.
  • Administrating, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management solutions.
  • Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) analysis and implementation.
  • Launching certification campaigns and following up on remediation processes.
  • Developing forms, Identity Triggers, quick links, rules, email templates, and creating custom reports.
  • Working on Life Cycle Management like Joiner Events, Leaver events, and Manager Transfer events.
  • Onboarding various applications into the IGA system.
Required Skills
  • SailPoint IdentityNow certification.
  • Strong understanding of IGA concepts, including access lifecycle management, role-based access control, policy, risk, and compliance alignment.
  • Experience with HR, Active Directory, cloud apps, and custom systems.
