Identity and Access Governance Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Identity and Access Governance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining comprehensive access policies and rules within SailPoint to enforce access controls and mitigate risks.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including advanced configuration, customization, and development. Additionally, they will possess strong understanding of application onboarding and migration processes within the SailPoint platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated workflows and lifecycle management processes to streamline identity lifecycle events and improve efficiency.
  • Effectively communicate and demonstrate SailPoint's capabilities to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with security teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and threats related to identity and access management.

You will provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training to ensure successful system adoption and ongoing operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional work experience in Identity and Access Governance (IAG) domain and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including advanced configuration, customization, and development.
