About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer with strong expertise in SSO solutions, Entra ID, Ping Access, and Ping Federate. This role will be critical in strengthening enterprise identity and access management capabilities while ensuring secure and seamless user access across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage SSO (Single Sign-On) solutions across enterprise applications.
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integrations.
  • Implement and support Ping Identity solutions including Ping Access and Ping Federate.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure authentication and authorization processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity federation, authentication, and access issues.
  • Support security audits, compliance, and access governance initiatives.
  • Provide technical expertise and knowledge transfer within the offshore team.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with SSO technologies and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Solid experience with Ping Access and Ping Federate for authentication/authorization.
  • Understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise IAM environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
