Content Creation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content development unit, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality educational content that engages and motivates students.

Your primary role will involve developing engaging educational materials, conducting research, and ensuring effective communication with our stakeholders. You will also curate educational materials, manage web content, and support the implementation of content strategies aligned with our organization's goals.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires strong content creation skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable with adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Develop engaging educational content for our platform
  • Drive teacher and student engagement through storytelling, poetry recitation, reading, and more
  • Support community growth, program execution, and digital content marketing
  • Collaborate with educators, field teams, and administrators to strengthen impact
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Social Sciences, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in content curation, curriculum design, or digital engagement
  • Strong content creation skills, including writing, editing, and design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
