Job Opportunity: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to support our team in HR operations. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment consulting, job advertising, and administrative assistance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups on applications.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on job boards.
  • Provide executive assistant support: scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups on emails.
  • Manage email correspondence and prepare reports for management.
  • Update and manage social media handles to enhance brand visibility.
  • Offer general office and administrative support as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Female graduate with recent academic credentials; fresh graduates welcome.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; familiarity with job boards preferred (training provided).
  • Interest in digital content and social media marketing.
  • Residency in or near the assigned location.
