We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our EdTech sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of education counsellors, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales activities, provide customer service, and utilize analytical skills to drive sales performance
  • Lead a team of education counsellors to achieve monthly sales quotas
  • Build and manage healthy relationships with clients
  • Ensure all team members follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Requirements:

  • Team handling experience in the education domain
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with clients
  • Expertise in client handling and negotiations

Estimated Salary: ₹25-30 lakhs per annum
