Aimlay Private Limited is a rapidly growing EdTech company based in Delhi, India. We provide educational counseling services to students and working professionals looking to continue their education.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our EdTech sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of education counsellors, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities, provide customer service, and utilize analytical skills to drive sales performance
- Lead a team of education counsellors to achieve monthly sales quotas
- Build and manage healthy relationships with clients
- Ensure all team members follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Requirements:
- Team handling experience in the education domain
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with clients
- Expertise in client handling and negotiations
Estimated Salary: ₹25-30 lakhs per annum
