Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead in the field of EdTech Sales at Aimlay Private Limited in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will lead a team, manage sales activities, provide customer service, and utilize analytical skills to drive sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leading a team of education counsellors to achieve monthly sales targets.
  2. Building and maintaining healthy relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation.
  3. Handling day-to-day productivity reports to ensure timely delivery of results.
  4. Closing sales and achieving monthly quotas by leveraging database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects.
  5. Reporting weekly sales goals and objectives to Managers.
  6. Maintaining contact with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  7. Developing new customers by finding innovative ways to reach them, asking for referrals, providing satisfying answers to customers, creating trust, and leading by company values.
  8. Ensuring timely and accurate handling of client requests.
  9. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.
  10. Preparing and sharing regular reports on time.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with clients effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Quick, energetic, willing to learn, and deliver the objective of the company.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in client handling and negotiations.

Salary: ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month
