About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts and exceed targets. As Sales Director, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering engaging product presentations and demonstrations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the education sector and EdTech landscape. If you're self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions, schools, colleges, and organizations.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our EdTech solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, campaigns, and lead generation activities.

We're offering a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to attract top talent in the industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a start-up environment, with a dynamic team that's passionate about transforming the learning experience.
