Job Title and Salary

We are seeking an EdTech Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to ₹6.5 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives.

Key Responsibilities

The EdTech Business Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. This includes:

  • Proactively connecting with potential customers via phone calls, emails, and online presentations;
  • Demonstrating the value of our offerings through engaging course demonstrations;
  • Understanding customer goals and recommending appropriate courses and learning paths to fulfill their requirements;
  • Maintaining thorough knowledge of our culinary courses, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in sales, preferably in the EdTech or education industry;
  • Experience in selling educational courses or similar products is highly preferred;
  • An understanding and passion for online learning platforms and educational technologies;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • The ability to simplify and convey technical information clearly and effectively.
