Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development and Customer Engagement Specialist for our EdTech platform in Rohini West, Delhi. This role is focused on managing customer relationships through voice processes, ensuring timely recovery while fostering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound/inbound calls to customers to facilitate collections.
- Resolving customer issues and negotiating payment terms effectively.
- Documenting all interactions accurately and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly collection targets.
- Coordinating with sales, finance, and support teams to resolve payment issues.
- Adhering to company protocols and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in collections, preferably within any sector.
- No managerial profiles are considered.
- Proficient in English communication and negotiation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Excel.
- Target-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
