 The Role

">

We are seeking an Instructional Design Manager - EdTech Sales to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for developing and managing lead pipelines for our multi-discipline education programs. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with top management executives and guiding them through comprehensive leadership development programs tailored to their specific needs.

 Main Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Develop and manage lead pipelines for multi-discipline education programs">
  • Provide in-depth information to interested executives on comprehensive leadership development programs via phone and email">
  • Ensure timely updates on lead discussions using CRM software">
  • Guide customers through program milestones, documentation, timelines, and payments">
  • Develop best practices for customer interactions, including standard FAQs, to ensure value capture and program recommendations">
  • Adhere to the inside sales process, tools, and data management">
  • Mentor and motivate an inside sales team to achieve high enrolments for all programs">
  • Leverage internal relationships with other departments to move leads through pipeline stages">
  • Organize and participate in marketing feedback meetings (internal)">

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A proven track record of exceeding acquisition/Sales targets in inside sales/consultative EdTech experience">
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and data analysis skills">
  • Strong phone/video call presence">
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com">
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs, with flawless follow-up skills to ensure leads move to closure">
  • Pleasant persistence with customers, enjoying customer interaction, and having positive phone manners">
  • Ability to succeed in a revenue-oriented and sales-focused environment">
  • Ability to work with limited direct day-to-day management">
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in a start-up culture with a diverse and global talent pool">
