The Account Manager is responsible for the overall growth of the account and managing all stakeholders associated with the account internally as well as externally for the domestic market. Key responsibilities include:
* Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
* Collecting intelligence on clients, their market, competitors, and industry
* Smooth and timely delivery of all requirements to clients and managing client satisfaction
* Tracking contract signing, agreement receipt, and overdue collections
* Submitting periodic reports and dashboards for overdue payments and collection
This position may require occasional travel and demands a proactive approach to delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an Account Manager in the domestic domain, with a deep understanding of IT services or SAAS product delivery account management and digital marketing client management. Additional skills and abilities sought include excellent communication and organizational skills, business acumen, and a problem-solving attitude.
