
Senior Business Development Manager

Friss India is a rapidly growing B2B and eCommerce marketplace, empowering manufacturers, sellers, and exporters across India with global reach. With established footprints in India and expansion into the Middle East and Europe, we are building one of the most robust platforms for global commerce.
We are seeking a highly experienced Zonal Head who can drive end-to-end business growth for assigned zones. This role requires a strategic executor with an excellent understanding of the eCommerce, B2B, export, or franchise business model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth for assigned zones
- Lead franchise development, B2B onboarding, and export channel partnerships
- Build, lead, and manage dynamic teams
- Identify and close strategic tie-ups with MSMEs, manufacturers, export houses, and global buyers
- Plan, strategize, and execute regional and international expansion
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in eCommerce, B2B sales, export, or franchise development
- Proven track record in scaling business zones, driving revenue and market penetration
- Strong network with MSMEs, manufacturers, and exporters
- Frequent travel across India, GCC, and Europe
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
