Job Title: Senior Manager - Business Development

As a senior manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth in India and beyond. You will work with our team to develop strategies for expanding our presence in the region and identify new opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They will be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales or sales management, preferably in a related industry
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and tactics, as well as sales forecasting and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
