Senior Business Development Manager

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our business in assigned geographies. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying new business opportunities through existing customers, cold calling, client visits, seminars, and trade fair visits.
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products and services.
- Maintaining timely delivery of customer requirements to ensure smooth service.
- Reviewing loan proposals and making recommendations based on strengths.
- Managing client relationships and payment schedules.
- Understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor information.
- Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders through effective client servicing.
- Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree with 3+ years of relevant sales experience in SME LAP product from NBFC/Mortgage industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
