- Deliver end-to-end onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Oversee all onboardings, encompassing asset and access-related tasks.
- Prioritize background verification processes for new hires.
- Nurture relationships with team members to ensure high happiness and productivity indices.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with leaders and management to resolve people-related conflicts or concerns.
- Provide clear communication regarding policies and culture.
- Conceive and execute engaging online and offline activities to maintain team engagement.
- Manage all communication under the People Operations umbrella, including email templates, policies, and announcements.
- Collaborate with leaders to draft policies and integrate them into our handbook.
- Develop strategies to minimize attrition and maximize retention.
About You:
- 8+ years of relevant work experience.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Maturity and sensitivity when handling people-related matters.
- High energy levels and ability to drive engagement activities.
- Empathy and rational thinking.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven expertise in People Operations, staffing, and large-scale people roles.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employee relations case management.
- Data analysis skills, trend recognition, and action-oriented recommendations.
- Effective problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
