About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to spearhead our strategic partnerships in the Indian education sector, focusing on the K-12 segment. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that drives growth and innovation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to build and manage successful partner networks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic partnership roadmap for the Indian education market
  • Identify, engage, and onboard key partners aligned with business objectives
  • Negotiate and finalize impactful partnership agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for partner success and joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
  • Track and report on partner performance and market insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10-12 years' experience in business development, partnerships, or channel management, with 8-10 years relevant in education or tech
  • Strong understanding of the Indian K-12 education ecosystem
  • Proven ability to build and manage successful partner networks
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on approach to execution
