Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential partners, establishing and maintaining business relationships, and negotiating and closing partnership deals.

This is a full-time on-site position based in Pune. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and establish contact with mutual fund distributors, income tax professionals, and chartered accountants.
  • Provide information about Tata AIA and AIG and the business opportunity available with these institutions.
  • Convince them to join as advisors/agency partners.
  • Complete documentation, training, schedule exams, and complete onboarding.
  • Help them commence their initial business.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating daily content for digital marketing and posting on social media platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
