Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Real Estate Asset Manager to join our team. This is a high-profile role that requires the management of day-to-day operations for our commercial real estate portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property management, specifically with Yardi expertise, and be able to make a significant impact on the performance and success of our residential and commercial real estate portfolio.

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the real estate portfolio, including office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, and other commercial assets.
  • C Coordinate and monitor property maintenance activities, capital expenditures, and improvement projects to enhance property value and tenant experience.
  • Manage third-party vendor payments and ensure on-time mortgage payments.
  • Maintain and manage insurance coverage and handle insurance claims.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team consisting of a Yardi property accountant, a Tenant lease coordinator, and a Yardi administrator who will report into this role.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years professional experience in property management in Yardi.
  • Advanced experience reading and interpreting leases and related documents as well as financial information contained in accounting software, spreadsheets, financial statements, etc.
  • Expert-level proficiency working with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
