Revenue Management Expert

Spectra Hospitality is seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Manager to lead revenue growth across diverse hotels and resorts.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure. Proven track record of improving RevPAR, occupancy, and RGI is essential.

The successful candidate will develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize revenue growth, analyze market trends, design dynamic pricing strategies, and drive channel optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with General Managers, operations, and marketing teams to align revenue and commercial strategies.
  • Mentor property-level executives and strengthen internal commercial capabilities.
  • Introduce scalable frameworks and SOPs for revenue and asset management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in hotel revenue management.
  • Proven track record of improving RevPAR, occupancy, and RGI.
  • Deep knowledge of OTAs, distribution, RMS, PMS, and digital revenue tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
