Job Opportunity: Commercial Banking Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Commercial Banking Consultant/Subject Matter Expert.

This individual will act as a solutions expert and advisor to internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic insights, process consulting, and domain expertise across commercial banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide domain consulting and advisory services in commercial banking engagements.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the banking delivery function, including maturies, platforms, geographical requirements, client support systems, and accelerators in the ecosystem.
  • Translate complex banking processes into actionable insights and business requirements for Business Process Services (BPS) functions.
  • Own RFP/RFI responses, solution creation, and go-to-market strategies for commercial banking offerings.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives in client banking operations, such as process reengineering, automation, Gen AI, and workflow orchestration.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technology teams to ensure banking domain alignment in solution implementation and ongoing service delivery.
  • Stay current with regulatory trends, market shifts, and technology innovations in the banking sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 12 years of experience in commercial banking, with exposure to corporate lending, trade finance, cash and payments, risk and compliance, and client onboarding from an operations standpoint.
  • Previous experience in consulting, transformation, or solution architect roles within a BPS function is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and compliance/regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree with Master's degree in management or a related field.
