Job Title: Partnership Growth Manager

About the Role:

  • This is a senior partnership management position that requires extensive experience in building and maintaining relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To generate life insurance business by developing and executing sales and account management strategies.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with partners to drive consistent growth and ensure policy persistency.
  • Analyze industry trends and recommend strategic growth initiatives to internal stakeholders.

Organizational Relationships:

  • Reports To: Vice President
  • Supervises: Individual Contributor Role

Job Dimensions:

  • Geographic Area Covered: PAN India
  • Internal Stakeholders: Sales Distribution Teams, Marketing, Accounts, Product, CPC, Operations
  • External Stakeholders: Wealth Partnerships

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  • Sales:
    • Achieve sales targets as per business plan and ensure policy persistency in line with company benchmarks.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Maintain zero escalation policy through strong partner engagement and ensure top-of-mind recall and business commitment from partners.
  • Compliance:
    • 100% adherence to internal processes, guidelines, and compliance standards.
  • MIS & Market Intelligence:
    • Provide timely market insights including wallet share data of partnerships and offer feedback for product and business strategy alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
  • Behavioral Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with effective communication and influencing skills.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset with leadership and teamwork orientation.
    • Strategic decision-making capabilities with ability to analyze and present data effectively.

Incumbent Characteristics:

  • Qualification:
    • Essential: Graduate degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • Desired: MBA or equivalent with 10 years of experience in partnership management/sales roles.
  • Experience:
    • Essential: Minimum 7 years of experience in partnership management with strong track record in sales and account management.
    • Desired: 10 years of experience in partnership management/sales roles with proven success in generating life insurance business.
