We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our partnerships and alliances initiatives within the US healthcare space. This role will be pivotal in identifying, building, and managing high-impact relationships with EHR vendors, health tech platforms, and consulting firms to accelerate growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships and alliances strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with EHR vendors, health tech platforms, and healthcare consulting firms.
  • Drive co-marketing, co-selling, and joint solution development opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to align partnership efforts.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing partner relationships to maximize long-term value.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of partnership initiatives and optimize strategy based on results.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally within health tech or digital health.
  • Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including provider workflows, payer models, and health IT infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and foster long-term partner relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and a passion for innovation in healthcare.
