Business Partnership Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partnership Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and strategic thinker who is passionate about building successful partnerships.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Business Partnership Lead will be responsible for developing and executing effective B2B partnership strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • B2B Partnership Strategies:
  • Identify, pitch, and close high-impact deals with potential partners.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporates, institutions, and channel partners.
  • Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and coordinate legal aspects of partnerships.
  • Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to activate collaborations.
  • Monitor performance, KPIs, and revenue contribution of partnerships.

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.
  • A proven track record in building and scaling partnerships from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A high ownership mindset with focus on execution and results.
  • Strategic thinking with tactical execution ability.
  • Alignment with company values including customer-first, ownership, curiosity, high standards, and trust.
