About Us

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager with expertise in client relationships, strategic planning, and delivering exceptional results across branding, digital, and communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies, proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects independently, excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end client servicing for digital marketing, branding, and communication projects
  • Strategize and plan brand campaigns (B2B & B2C) in collaboration with internal teams
  • Coordinate closely with creative, design, and content teams to deliver projects on schedule
  • Ensure high-quality, timely project delivery aligned with client expectations
  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement process improvements
  • Lead business development efforts: pitch presentations, proposals, and client onboarding
  • Present case studies, conduct requirement-gathering meetings, and close deals
  • Develop account management processes and best practices for workflow efficiency
  • Contribute to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling strategies
Requirements:
  • 6 years of client servicing/account management experience in branding, digital marketing, or advertising agencies
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and creative problem-solving
  • Proficient in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and campaign performance reports
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
