Key Account Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with major clients.

  • A successful candidate should have:
  • At least 5 years of experience in key account management;
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills;
  • Proven experience as a key account manager;
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all levels;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to problem-solve and negotiate;
  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success within key account management, preferably within the SAAS / Corporate Gifting industry.

They will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with CRM tools and have experience in delivering client-focused solutions.

As a key account manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through effective relationship management and solution delivery.
