We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Fundraising Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and driving a robust fundraising function, leading strategy, outreach, and relationship-building with major donors, CSR partners, charitable trusts, and grant-making institutions across India and globally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and institutional funders to secure significant funding.
  • Respond to requests for proposals and prepare compelling proposals that showcase the organization's impact and value proposition.
  • Launch creative fundraising initiatives, including events and campaigns, to engage donors and drive revenue growth.
  • Track and manage donor engagement, impact reporting, and stewardship to ensure strong relationships and retention.
  • Collaborate with communications teams to design donor-facing content and newsletters that highlight the organization's work and impact.
  • Support monitoring and evaluation efforts for funded programs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Represent the organization at external donor meetings and forums to build relationships and secure funding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 5+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, CSR, or institutional development.
  • Strong communication, writing, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to build networks, present persuasively, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in higher education, youth development, or mental health sectors is a plus.
  • A self-starter with high energy and a passion for social impact.
