But guidance alone isn't enough in a world being reshaped by AI.Through Arya: Mentoria's Job Discovery AI Agent stack , we are building solutions that:Help students discover and apply for real jobs suited to their skills and aspirationsProvide AI-powered career navigation so underprivileged youth are not left behindSpread AI literacy and readiness to ensure today's students are tomorrow's employable workforceCSR, foundation, and government partnerships will enable us to take this AI + guidance ecosystem to scale, moving from advisory → employability outcomes .The RoleAs our Manager: Strategic Philanthropy & Partnerships , your primary responsibility is fundraising, raising multi-year funds and grants from CSR leaders, foundations, HNIs, UHNIs, NRIs and government bodies to scale Mentoria's career guidance + employability initiatives for underprivileged students.This is a role that combines sales, strategy, and nation-building . You will:Own the fundraising pipeline (Y1: 3Cr/6,000 lives transformed, Y2: 6Cr/12,000 lives transformed, Y3: 10CR+/20,000 lives transformed)Build high-value partnershipsSecure funding to deliver real impact across IndiaWhat You'll Own:1. Fundraising & Grant AcquisitionRaise funds from CSR heads, foundation directors, CHROs, and government stakeholdersDevelop proposals, decks, RFP responses, and grant applicationsOwn and deliver on fundraising targets2. Partnership DevelopmentBuild multi-year partnerships with corporates, NGOs, foundations, and government departmentsAlign programs with SDGs, NEP priorities, and CSR mandatesRepresent Mentoria at CSR forums and education roundtables3. Impact Delivery & ReportingEnsure programs funded are delivered with excellence and scaleTrack outcomes through data dashboards, field visits, and human storiesShare clear reports with partners on impact and ROI4.
