Job Overview

The role is to lead fundraising efforts across diverse channels delivering predictable funding and lifetime donor value while strengthening our brand as a thought leader.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Fundraising Plan: Develop a 3-year strategy with targets by segment and program.
  2. Donor Lifecycle Management: Own the full process: research → qualification → cultivation → solicitation → stewardship → renewal/upgrade.
  3. Corporate Partnerships: Pursue strategic Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with corporations, foundations, and high-influence networks in India and abroad.
  4. Brand & Fundraising Integration: Partner with Communications to run an integrated calendar.
  5. CRM & Data Management: Implement a CRM or DMS and establish clear SOPs, approval matrices, and data hygiene.
Requirements
  • Education & Experience: Master's in Marketing/Business/Communications or related; fundraising certifications a plus. 8–10+ years of direct fundraising with a proven major-gifts and institutional track record (India & international).
  • Skill Development & Community Empowerment: Experience launching or scaling new initiatives in research, education, skill development, community empowerment.
