What You'll Do (Your Playground)

  • Launch & Scale → Run high-ROI campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (FB & Insta)
  • Optimize Relentlessly → Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions and squeeze out better results daily
  • Test Like a Pro → Lead structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages & targeting
  • Collaborate with Creatives → Turn fun, bold ideas into ads that actually convert
  • Dive Into Data → Analyze campaigns, uncover insights, and translate numbers into next steps
  • Manage Budgets Smartly → Maximize every rupee spent for the biggest impact
  • Stay Curious → Explore new paid platforms (YouTube, Snapchat, etc.) to keep us ahead of the curve

What We're Looking For (The Ideal You)

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads (D2C or agency)
  • Obsessed with numbers, data, and dashboards
  • Confident with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager & Sheets
  • Analytical but also creative → you know when to crunch and when to experiment
  • Self-starter, curious, and eager to try new things in a fast-paced startup
  • Bonus: Exposure to retention marketing, CRO, or email/SMS
