Job Overview:

Social Donut is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven individual to join our team as a Performance Marketing Executive. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in evaluating campaign performance, generating insights, and contributing to the success of our clients.

Responsibilities:

1) Campaign Analysis:

  • Evaluate the performance of digital advertising campaigns on various platforms, focusing on key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to internal teams and clients.

2) Data Interpretation:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

3) Ad Platform Management:

  • Assist in the management and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.

4) Budget Monitoring:

  • Support the monitoring of campaign budgets and pacing, providing recommendations for efficient resource allocation.
  • Contribute to budget optimization strategies based on performance analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign analysis and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including PPC, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in Meta ads planning, execution and optimisation
  • Experience with additional digital advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
