Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with a strong background in digital lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven marketing. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the education sector, preferably with reputed institutes such as IME, IMS, Career Launcher, or CPLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum returns on ad spend
  • Coordinate with content, design, and admissions teams to align campaigns with institutional objectives
  • Execute retargeting and funnel-based marketing strategies to nurture leads
  • Track campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and relevant CRMs
  • Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for campaign improvement

Candidate Profile:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in the education/test prep industry
  • Prior experience with institutes like IME, IMS, Career Launcher, or CPLC is highly desirable
  • Proficient in digital advertising tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision making
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and landing page optimization
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
