Role Overview:

The Marketing & Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for leading and executing integrated marketing initiatives for Ashvira and Fine Decor, spanning both offline marketing (exhibitions, events, BTL initiatives, branding) and online marketing (digital ads, social media, SEO, affiliate channels). This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in performance marketing (Meta, Google, affiliate networks) as well as the ability to conceptualize and execute impactful campaigns to strengthen brand presence and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Integrated Marketing Campaigns

o Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (online + offline) to promote Ashvira and Fine Decor.

o Ensure campaigns are creative, impactful, and aligned with overall business objectives.

  1. Exhibition & Event Management

o Lead end-to-end planning and execution of exhibitions and trade shows.

o Ensure customer invitees from across India are engaged through meaningful activities and attended with care to maximize brand impact and relationship building.

  1. Branding & Awareness

o Drive consistent brand positioning and visibility for Ashvira and Fine Decor across all touchpoints (online, offline, events, dealer networks).

o Regularly measure branding outcomes and ensure goals are achieved.

  1. Performance Marketing

o Strategically plan and run digital ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and affiliate networks.

o Execute targeted dealer-level campaigns for micro-markets, including conversion-focused ads and awareness campaigns.

o Optimize campaigns for ROI, cost-per-lead (CPL), and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).

  1. Online Presence & Digital Growth

o Oversee social media presence, SEO, website content, and online reputation.

o Track digital metrics regularly, present reports, and suggest improvements for reach, engagement, and conversions.

  1. Cross-functional Collaboration

o Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure campaigns and initiatives support dealer engagement and product sales.

o Collaborate with agencies, influencers, and external vendors to amplify campaigns.

  1. Innovation & Growth Marketing

o Identify new channels, partnerships, and tools to expand brand reach.

o Experiment with A/B testing, retargeting, and lookalike audiences to improve campaign efficiency.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.


• 3–5 years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years in performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, affiliate platforms).


• Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, LTV, CAC) and offline branding strategies.


• Proven track record in managing exhibitions, trade shows, or large-scale marketing initiatives.


• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and CRM systems.


• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under deadlines.
