The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the education sector, preferably with reputed institutes such as IME, IMS, Career Launcher, or CPLC.Key Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum returns on ad spend
Coordinate with content, design, and admissions teams to align campaigns with institutional objectives
Execute retargeting and funnel-based marketing strategies to nurture leads
Track campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and relevant CRMsPrepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for campaign improvement
Candidate Profile:2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in the education/test prep industry
Prior experience with institutes like IME, IMS, Career Launcher, or CPLC is highly desirable
Proficient in digital advertising tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, etc.Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision making
Knowledge of CRM systems and landing page optimization
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
