Job Title:
Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Search, Social, Display)
- Manage paid media budgets, optimize
ROAS
and
CAC - Grow organic traffic via SEO, content marketing, social media
- Oversee retention & reactivation: email, push, SMS, loyalty programs
- Analyze data & metrics, iterate to improve conversion funnel
- Collaborate with design, product & ops to ensure messaging aligns with brand & customer needs
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years
experience in performance marketing, preferably in
food, wellness, or F&B brands - Strong track record of scaling customer acquisition and reducing acquisition cost
- Proficient with analytics tools
(Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) - Good understanding of SEO and content driven growth
- Data-driven mindset, ability to test, learn & optimize
- Self-motivated; works well in fast-paced/ambiguous environments
