About the Role:

Elanaurá is seeking a highly driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. If you have a passion for scaling paid campaigns, optimizing digital ads, and driving measurable business growth, this role is for you You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to maximize ROI and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram),Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, LTV) to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate and communicate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
  • Build and execute remarketing and retargeting campaigns to improve conversions.
  • Optimize funnels and customer journeys for better conversion rates.
  • Ability to manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign scaling.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and ad platform changes.
  • Critical thinking, strong analytical skills, communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation:

Salary: ₹15,000  - ₹20,000  +Performance-Based Incentives

Work Environment:

Fully Onsite
