Job Title: Business Development Associate

Location: Malad West - Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to define go-to-market strategies, engage with enterprise clients, and build long-term relationships with partners across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development
    • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors (Retail, BFSI, Logistics, Hospitality).
    • Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, client presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
    • Respond to RFPs/RFQs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver winning proposals.
  • Partnership Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive mutual business growth.
    • Collaborate with partners for co-branded initiatives, joint campaigns, and ecosystem development.
    • Track partner performance and ensure delivery against KPIs.
  • GTM & Revenue Strategy
    • Work with leadership to design GTM plans and pricing models.
    • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
    • Track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with recruitment, marketing, and product teams to deliver value to clients.
    • Ensure seamless onboarding and support for new partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience working with RFPs, GTM strategies, and B2B partnerships.
  • Exposure to HR Tech, SaaS platforms, or recruitment solutions is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
